Sorenson IP Relay does not accept international calls.

Although SIPRelay is an option for you to use in an emergency, you should keep a TTY available. During a power outage or Internet connection failure you would not be able to use your computer and SIPRelay to make a 911 emergency call. Your TTY should still work in those situations.
